Duaa Marafi

Duaa Marafi is a Kuwaiti Higher Education Consultant and strategic communication expert with a strong regional footprint in institutional engagement, education policy, and academic innovation. With a Master’s in Public Policy and Administration from the American University in Cairo (AUC), she is currently pursuing a PhD in Education and Technology at the University of Luxembourg.

Duaa’s career is distinguished by her ability to build and strengthen meaningful networks across the MENA region’s educational landscape. She has held senior leadership roles in communication, admissions, and student affairs at top-tier institutions including Zewail City, New Giza University, UofCanada, and the American University in Cairo. Her collaborative approach has supported the launch of new universities, improved student experiences, and driven institutional growth through tailored outreach and engagement strategies.

As the founder of The Knowledge Venue, Duaa leads an innovative platform where educational stakeholders meet to collaborate, exchange ideas, and explore regional opportunities. Known for her deep connections with university leaders across Egypt and the Gulf, she is a skilled communicator who bridges policy, people, and purpose. Her passion for global education, cultural dialogue, and impactful storytelling fuels her mission to transform how institutions connect, communicate, and grow.
